We started the New Year with a focused short course at Lydd Dojo on January 19th, led by Sensei Neil. The session included practicing some of the 1st Dan Kihon, learning new stretches, and exploring the Bunkai for two of the Pinan Katas. We then finished with a quick new exercise and some sparring, making it a productive  start to the year.
