The 2025 Autumn Gasshuku was held at the Nuffield Health & Fitness Centre in Chichester, hosted by Shihan Chris Thompson, 9th Dan.

The weekend was very well attended, with strong participation across both training sessions on Saturday and Sunday. Training covered all the essential elements of karate, providing a balanced and focused programme for all grades.
