Sensei Neil from the New Romney Dojo hosted a short course at the Lydd Dojo in place of our 2024 regional competition. Unfortunately the competition was unable to go ahead so we all took the chance to study some additional karate. We covered a range of essential karate with an emphasis on some pairs work, some kata bunkai and some kumite.
